Henry Marjason
Henry is a founding partner of Marjason & Marjason establishing the firm with his late father, Ian Marjason, in 2016.
Henry is a fearless litigator and advocate. With over a decade of experience, Henry has gained experience across a broad area of law during his career including representing clients in the High Court of Australia, ACT and NSW Court of Appeal and Court of Criminal Appeal, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as regularly appearing in the Supreme Court of NSW and ACT.
Henry mainly specialises in large complex commercial disputes as well as estate litigation, family provision claims, family law matters and criminal law matters.
In 2024, Marjason & Marjason opened a second office in Brisbane where Henry is now based. However, he still accepts work across multiple jurisdictions.

Ashlee has been part of the conveyancing and the broader legal industry since 2013 and is a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer and a NSW Justice of the Peace. She completed her formal qualifications in Conveyancing at Macquarie University, Sydney, in 2019.
As a Justice of the Peace, Ashlee voluntarily supports both the firm’s clients and the wider NSW community, offering essential JP services where needed.
